Original Artwork- Valparaiso Chile Collage

This collage is inspired by the vibrant La Boca neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina—where brightly painted buildings, cobblestone streets, and bold street art reflect the area’s rich cultural history and creative spirit. It captures the colorful energy and character of one of the city's most iconic districts.

I created this piece during a trip to Argentina in 2025 using a mix of painted papers, beer labels, ticket stubs, and travel brochures collected along the way. The collage was built on watercolor paper and later mounted to a 1.5" wood panel once I returned home. I finished it with hand-painted chunky stripes along the sides and sealed it with three layers of UV varnish for lasting protection and a vibrant finish.
